Used this company about 8 times this year. Excellent service. Very polite and good drivers. Very trustworthy and they keep you updated with drivers telephone number and name and you can actually get to speak to someone if there’s a problem. Highly recommend and reasonable prices.

First time we have travelled with Class Travel and will definitely book with them again. Booking and payment method was easy, correspondence was very good giving us confidence that everything was in hand. Our driver was polite and courteus and the car we travelled in was immaculate. Thanks also to April who was extremely helpful when we had to change our pickup time on the advice of our travel agent.

From the first phone call with Connor, emails backward and forward between April and Connor with me to clarify details, to the actual pick up and drop off Shropshire Class Travel kept me informed of all aspects of the trip.
We had seven people traveling from Telford to Heathrow Airport from four different collection addresses. The timeframe was advised and stuck to efficiently. We had time to have a break at the services on the way down.
The collection from LHR was seamless, we were met at arrivals with just a short walk to the parking to get into the vehicle. Again we had a break at the services on the way back and all unloaded to our various addresses.

Smart, knowledgeable and friendly driver, excellent comms, text after plane had landed then swift collection from outside arrivals. He even asked if we needed to stop off for bread or milk on the way home. Clean and comfortable vehicle. Cannot recommended highly enough.

There’s nothing I can fault about our experience with using this company. The booking process was simple and April was so easy to communicate with and gave us options around the price. There were frequent updates on the day re arrival time etc. Our driver Tihomir was great, he looked really smart and was friendly, helpful and chatty without being intrusive.
